Return Policy
The return policy
of Adventure in Discovery is as follows:
-
Any
book(s) returned must be in new condition. There may be no
stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in/on the books. Genuinely
defective books will be replaced, and the unfortunate
customer reimbursed for postage.

Book(s)
must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date.

The
remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice must be
included with your returned book(s).

Customer
is responsible for return postage/shipping unless book was
defective.
-
A
restocking fee of $2.00 per book will be charged.

Unopened
CDs, DVDs or cassettes (still in their plastic wrap) are
returnable within 30 days of shipment.
-
Any
book(s) returned must be securely packed so as to avoid
damage during return shipment. Books returned without
original shrink-wrap will receive no credit. If the above
requirements are met, the book(s) may be shipped back to us
for credit. Adventure in Discovery will issue a credit
within thirty (30) days. Refunds will be processed on
request only. Charge-backs will not be accepted.
Damaged/Defective Books

Defective/damaged books must be returned within 30 days for
credit or replacement.

In this
instance, shipping will be paid by us. There will be no
restocking fee.

You must
call the office first for instructions on how to return
damaged/defective books.
-
Book
shortages must be reported within 30 days of invoice date to
receive credit.

include the topic Book Return in the subject line for
more efficient service.
These terms
will remain in force at least until December 31, 2010.
