Shipping and Tracking Information

Shipping:

Book orders of 50 or fewer copies are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Media Rate. Larger orders are shipped UPS Ground from Jupiter, Florida. We do offer UPS Next Day and Second Day Air as shipping alternatives at an additional charge.

International orders, including orders to Alaska and Canada via USPS Media Mail, cannot be tracked or insured. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail take approximately 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Orders to Canada depend on UPS Canada Ground Delivery Terms.

Due to the nature of the business, traditionally all orders may be returned for full credit. Please double-check all shipping/billing addresses, quantities, and shipping options before submitting your order. Tracking:

If you have already placed an order and would like to check the shipping status of your package, you can track it by clicking the link to tracking on the receipt you received via e-mail.
